Do not take a commission with this character: www.furaffinity.net/view/29274… www.furaffinity.net/view/29274…

If it's coming from Cynthiasophia of FA, that's when you should take it, but she hasn't been active there for 3 years. If it's coming from someone here, ask them to log onto their account there and answer a shout. Someone is trying to commission a male version of this with very little difference in color. I will give out the name of the person only through note. Thanks.

It is absolutely possible to make, at least to me lol

Not sure who you're asking to, though.

Can anyone out there give me some advice? I semi-recently got my fursuit head in the mail, but my character had HUGE ears which, you know, were bound to have to be bent to fit in the box (otherwise it'd take a huge box and be ridiculously expensive to ship). Well, the ears keep bending forward now and don't want to stand upright. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I've NEVER worked on a fursuit head or parts, I'm NOT a mask-maker, I have NO skills with this kind of stuff, so taking apart the head or heavy work won't be something I can do.

Here's pictures of the head's WIP, and finished product before it was shipped and had the floppy ear problem: aliethekitsune.deviantart.com/…      aliethekitsune.deviantart.com/…     wolfforce58.deviantart.com/art…

I can think of two things, ones would be easier than the other.
First thing, put the head back-down on a table, and hold the tips of the ears down with a heavy book and leave it for as long as it takes (you may have to put the book down fully ontop of the ear, but you run the risk of crushing the ear completely).
Second option, cut open the fur at the base of the ear, get a piece of buckram, glue it to the ear base, pull it and glue down underneath the fur of the back of head. Really hard to understand that, sorry...it isn't that good an option anyway, but it's the only other I can think of :/ The book thing is the best option. Kind of like flattening out paper, just be more careful with it.

Thank you for the advice! I went with one other person's suggestion and placed the head in my closet in a way that the ears essentially did the same thing that would have happened if I used the book technique you suggested (only instead of a book being the weight it was gravity). It seems to have worked, at least for now, but if they start flopping when worn again I'll try the second option you mentioned there (though...where can I get buckram? I've never heard of it before ^^; ). Thank you again!
